- This year’s Fully Chestnut Festival is all about DIY: chestnuts ready to burn, regional products and Petite Arvine wine, delivered at home on October 29.
- Le Café des Philosophes celebrates its 3rd birthday in style!
- The Ecrans Urbains event returns for a third edition to be held in three major cultural venues in Lausanne, including the F’AR (- Forum d’Architectures).
- The Fork Festival: it’s that wonderful time of the year again where you can save up to 50% at local restaurants!
- Lausanne Marathon 2021, virtual edition: 5, 10 and 20km routes are also offered between 13 October and 03 November 2021 for a forfeit package.
Exhibitions:
- Calder, Soulages, Vasarely… at the Pully Art Museum
- The Musée Historique de Lausanne is addressing 150 years of Italian immigration, focusing on the history of the Italian community and its establishment in the Lausanne region and across Switzerland.
- Marking their bicentenary with a return to the building where the school was located for more than half that time, ECAL is presenting an exhibition of graduate works at the Espace Arlaud on the Place de la Riponne. If you missed it, checkout our article here.
- Froid: joint exhibition of science and history museums on the multiple facets of cold (cold weather, feeling cold, using cold, making cold…) in collaboration with the Cité des Sciences in Paris.
Halloween weekend:
- Fête de la courge in Ouchy offers you a festive afternoon with themed activities and workshops, not to mention the famous homemade squash soup.
