Our Favorite Focaccia in Lausanne

Focaccia, the bread that is always the first to disappear from the communal bread basket, has a history that goes back almost 2,000 years. Whether it was the Etruscans who were first to conceive of it, the Greeks, or the more popular belief that its origins lie in Liguria, we can all agree on one thing: it’s so delightfully delicious. And lucky for us, there are several places here in Lausanne where you can indulge in a perfect focaccia sandwich.
