Envol – Le Prix de Lausanne, 50 years of dancing

Created in 1973, the Prix de Lausanne is an international competition open to dancers between the ages of 15 and 18. Its objective is to identify, promote and help young talent by offering them the opportunity to continue their training in one of the world’s most prestigious dance schools or companies.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the event, which contributes to the worldwide reputation of Lausanne as a dance capital, the Historical Museum of Lausanne takes you behind the scenes of this competition.
