Chestnut Festival

This unmissable autumn event in French-speaking Switzerland draws some 40,000 visitors to the foot of Chavalard every year. For a weekend, the one following the closing of the Foire du Valais, it transforms its host village into the capital of local products and craftsmanship. The large market has nearly 300 stalls!
