To prepare for the arrival of autumn, before picking red cabbage and venison, the BM offers you the most invigorating of Valais: a giant raclette party, with ten alpine cheeses and ten teams of scraping, both with pedigree. And a few pretty fendants (Valaisan or Vaudois!) of course.
