Absinthe Week

During the 20th century, absinthe was distilled in its cellar, with the fear of ending up in the police station. Thank God, this eminent liqueur was rehabilitated a few years ago, to the great happiness of the Val-de-Travers, by chance. Some of these marvelous aniseed flavors will be in the spotlight this week (the famous absinthes from La Valote Martin), around the release of the comic strip “On the wings of Absinthe” that the authors Benoît Noël and Bastien Loukia will be signing the Wednesday, June 15 at the BM!
